On May 7, 1992 a First Circuit Court jury found defendant David Timas (Timas) guilty of six counts, defendant Francis Y. Mori (Mori) guilty of two counts, and defendant Archie Grant III (Grant) guilty of one count. Timas, Mori, and Grant appealed.
